destructor Destroy; override;

Destroy is the destructor for the object instance. Destroy calls Clear to ensure that Cookies are removed from the collection. 

Destroy frees resources allocated in the Create constructor, including the internal TIdCookieList and the internal protection mechanism used to access the collection. 

Destroy calls the inherited Destroy method prior to exiting.
