Specifies the ICMP receive and message buffer data type.
TCharBuf is an Array of Char type that specifies the data type for ICMP receive buffer and ICMP message buffer used by TIdICMPClient. TCharBuf is indexed from 1 to MAX_PACKET_SIZE.
