Determines if the characters are valid hexadecimal digit.

Parameters 
Description 
AString 
Characters to be examined for valid hexadecimal digit content. 

Boolean - True when the values are valid hexadecimal digits.

IsHexidecimal is an overloaded boolean function used to determine if the characters in AString are valid digits for representing a hexadecimal number. IsHexidecimal returns True when all of the characters in AString are one of the following characters:
