Contains the VCL-based stream implementation for the Indy library.

Description

IdStreamVCL.pas contains uses clauses to include the stream implementation used for the platform or OPerating System hosting the Indy library. 

For the .Net platform, IdStreamVCLDotNet.pas is used as the inteface for the Indy stream implementation. 

For all other platforms (including Windows and Linux), IdStreamWin32.pas is used as the inteface for the Indy stream implementation.
