Description

EIdSNPPConnectionRefused is an EIdReplyRFCError descendant that represents the exception raised when an SNPP client connection cannot be established. 

EIdSNPPConnectionRefused may be raised as a result of the SNPP refusing the client connection in TIdSNPP.Connect.
